Terms and Conditions

(The following terms also include information about your legal rights under the provisions on distance contracts and electronic commerce.)

1. Scope

For all deliveries of Putzbar to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these Terms and Conditions (GTC).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity.

3. Offer and Conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is subject to a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order dar errors.

4. Withdrawal for consumer

The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations according to § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. If you can not or partially, or only return them in deteriorated condition or give us the performance received and benefits (eg benefits), you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and trying out the goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. 5 Prices and shipping costs

6. Supply

6.1 Delivery is made within Germany with DHL within 2-3 business days.

7. Payment
7.1 Payment will be made either in advance or by credit card (PayPal online payment service).
7.2 If the advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment.
7.3 The right to set off is available only if your counterclaims have been legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.
7.4 You may only withhold payment if the claims from the same contractual relationship.

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops - and it's free.

You will be redirected for a short time during the order process on the PayPal page. There you can log in and take your payment to us. The fees for this process, we assume. You incur these payment no additional costs. After payment, you will be redirected to our site. Your goods are then immediately ready for dispatch (if in stock).

Payment in advance (bank transfer):
You order your desired goods and receive an order confirmation via email. The specified invoice amount you transfer then please without deductions on our account. Please use the payment necessarily those forwarded by us invoice number. After credit account your order will be shipped to you.

8. Retention of title

Until full payment the goods remain our property.

9. Warranty

The warranty is subject to the statutory provisions.
